● 오늘 저희에게 일용할 양식을 주시고
저희에게 잘못한 이를 저희가 용서하오니
저희 죄를 용서하시고
저희를 유혹에 빠지지 않게 하시고
악에서 구하소서.

저에게 영혼 육신을 주시어

O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary,
I offer you my prayers, works,
joys, and sufferings of this day
for all the intentions of your Sacred Heart,
in union with the holy sacrifice of the Mass
throughout the world,
in thanksgiving for your favors,
in reparation for my sins,
for all intentions of all my relatives and friends,
and in particular for all intentions of the Holy Father.
